DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & WARRANTY INFORMATION
Most of the products sold by The Pool Guy carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information packaged with your new product if you feel that you have a defective or malfunctioning product. The Pool Guy does not express or imply any other warranties. The Pool Guy cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, cost, or damage due to customer negligence. For all warranty replacements, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility, without exception, outside of a manufacturer’s stated return policy or warranty. You may contact The Pool Guy for assistance when working with the manufacturer to resolve an issue, if needed.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Service fees are non-refundable. Any and all items that are to be returned must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, warranty cards and all of the owner’s manuals are to be returned. If you have a defective product, please refer to the product manual for the warranty information before contacting The Pool Guy.
